Scalloped Brass Fan Handle Collection

T21 Product Code: B-0085

The Scalloped Brass Fan Handle Collection mounts a straight bar between two fan-shaped, ridged end pieces, cast in solid brass and brushed to a soft gold finish, in two sizes — 50mm and 175mm — bringing a distinctly Art Deco-inspired silhouette into the Brass Essence range.

The fan ends radiate a series of fine ridged lines outward from the bar's fixing point, similar in spirit to the sunburst pattern on the Fluted Pumpkin knob but rendered here as a flatter, wider fan shape rather than a rounded dome — a period-specific detail associated with 1920s and 30s decorative design.

Because both ends carry this scalloped fan detail rather than a plain mounting post, the handle reads as more ornamental at rest than the Euro Bar or Naveena collections, even though the connecting bar itself stays a plain, comfortable grip surface between the two decorative ends.

Between the two sizes, 50mm gives a compact scalloped accent for drawers, while 175mm extends the fan-ended design across a wider cabinet door — both sharing the identical Art Deco character and brushed gold finish, suited to kitchens or wardrobes leaning into a period or glamour-inspired look.

Solid brass captures the fine ridged lines of each fan end crisply, and the brushed finish keeps the multiple ridge surfaces from showing fingerprints as readily as a polished gloss would across such a detailed decorative shape.

• 50mm size: drawers and compact cabinet fronts
• 175mm size: wider cabinet doors wanting the full Art Deco fan detail
• Best for: Art Deco, glamour, or period-inspired kitchens and cabinetry

Specification: Material — solid brass; Finish — brushed gold; Sizes — 50mm x 30mm and 175mm x 128mm.

What design period does this handle's fan shape draw from?

The scalloped, radiating fan ends are associated with Art Deco decorative design from the 1920s and 30s, making this handle a fitting choice for kitchens or wardrobes leaning into that period-inspired or glamour aesthetic.

Does the fan shape appear at both ends of the handle, or just one?

Both ends carry the identical scalloped fan detail, with a plain straight bar connecting them — the decorative interest sits at the two mounting points rather than along the grip itself.

How does this compare in detail level to the Fluted Pumpkin knob's sunburst texture?

Both use a radiating ridged pattern, but the Fluted Pumpkin knob applies it across a rounded dome, while this fan handle renders it as a flatter, wider shape at each end — related in spirit, distinct in silhouette.
