This Privacy Policy describes how T21 ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase from t21.co.in ("Site") or interact with our services.

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and applicable rules made thereunder.

2. What This Notice Covers

In short: we collect the information needed to deliver what you order and support you afterward. We only use it for marketing if you've actively said yes. We keep transactional records as long as tax law requires, and delete everything else once it's no longer needed. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent, at any time, using the contact details in Section 11.

Directly from you:

• Full name, contact number, email address, billing and shipping addresses
• Account login credentials
• Order and transaction details
• Customer support communications

Automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device information
• Pages visited, time spent, navigation patterns

From third parties:

• Our platform provider (Shopify)
• Payment processors
• Delivery and logistics partners

4. How and Why We Use Your Information

Order fulfilment: we process your name, address, and payment details because you've provided them directly to us for the specific purpose of placing and receiving your order, and you haven't objected to that use. This covers delivering what you've ordered, sending order and delivery updates, and providing customer support related to your purchase.

Marketing communications: sending you promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, or using your data for retargeting or personalised advertising, requires your separate, active consent. We do not bundle this with your order — it's your choice, made through a clear opt-in, not a default.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to operate the Site and, where you've consented, for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See Shopify's cookie policy for details on platform-level cookies.

6. Payment Information

Payments are processed through RBI-authorised payment gateways. We do not store your complete card number, CVV, or banking passwords on our own servers.

7. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (Shopify, payment gateways, logistics partners) — some of whom may process or store data outside India as part of their standard infrastructure
• Government authorities, where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Retention

• Marketing and behavioural data: deleted when you withdraw consent, or after a period of inactivity
• Order, invoice, and transaction records: retained for the period required under GST and Income Tax law
• Where no specific legal retention period applies, we keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request a copy of the data you've provided to us, where feasible
• Withdraw consent at any time — you can do this by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, replying STOP to SMS or WhatsApp messages, or emailing info@t21.co.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to place orders, and does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal
• Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from someone under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. We do not direct advertising or behavioural tracking at anyone we know to be a minor.
