Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays in Karnataka.
Delivery Times (India only)
- Metro cities: 2–7 business days
- Non-metro cities: 3–10 business days
We currently ship within India only.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details, and are shown clearly before you confirm your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a return is due to our error — for example, a wrong or damaged item.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details by SMS and email.
Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, high-demand periods, or courier delays. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days past the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by an incorrect address provided by you.
Failed Delivery

Unserviceable Locations
While we aim to deliver across India, some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If your location can't be reached, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.
