Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Same-Day Delivery (Bangalore only): Orders delivered on the same day if placed before the cut-off time.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 working days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–7 business days.
- Global Orders: Upto 1 Month
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: ₹150 per kg (Pan India).
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email and SMS will be sent once your order is placed and dispatched, containing tracking information.
Delays & Exceptions
Estimated delivery times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods
- Courier/logistics delays
If your order is delayed beyond 10 days (Global 40days), please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Unserviceable Locations
While we strive to ship everywhere in India, some remote or restricted areas may be non-deliverable.
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
