Returns

Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Tags must be intact, and it should be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@t21.co.in.

We’ll guide you through the process and provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send the package

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

We will provide the return address upon approval of your return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@t21.co.in, so we can make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

 

 

We do not accept returns for the following:
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges: Need a different item?

Simply return your original product. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- we’ll refund the cost of the item minus the restocking fee & shipping charges. There is a 12 % restocking fee for returned items. 
- Processing times by your bank/credit card provider may vary.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@t21.co.in.
