The 2-Side straight connector extends a run in the same direction without any angle change — the equivalent of joining two track lengths end to end. The 2-Side L-Shape handles a general open-space right-angle turn. The 2-Side L(IN) Shape is purpose-built for the specific case of a track hugging one wall that needs to turn and continue along an adjacent wall, a subtly different geometry from an open-space corner.
