The Purple Colour Outline Glass Block is a hollow unit at 190x190x90mm, sold six pieces per box, with a rich violet frame applied to the outer rim, surrounding the clear, sand-textured centre panel shared across the Colour Outline range. Purple sits as the single most distinctive and least conventional colour choice within this entire six-shade line, offering a genuinely different and distinct character from the warm-to-cool spread of Yellow, Orange, Green, and Blue elsewhere in the line.

The deep violet rim's richness reads as genuinely sophisticated and slightly unexpected compared to the more commonly specified primary and secondary colours elsewhere in the range, making Purple a favoured choice for projects wanting a distinctive, less obviously predictable accent — a creative design studio, a boutique retail interior, an art gallery, or any space wanting its glass block feature to stand out clearly as a genuine design statement rather than a familiar, predictable, and expected colour choice.

As with every Colour Outline shade, Purple's accent sits only at the block's rim, keeping the overall visual weight considerably lighter than a Full Color Purple block would carry across the same wall area, while still delivering a genuinely distinctive and memorable colour note to the finished installation overall.

Why might a project choose Purple over the more common colours in the Colour Outline range?

Purple offers a genuinely distinctive, less conventional accent compared to the more commonly specified Yellow, Orange, Green, or Blue — suited to projects like creative studios or boutique retail interiors wanting their glass block feature to read as a deliberate, memorable design statement rather than a predictable choice.

Does Purple Colour Outline carry the same lighter visual weight as the other outline shades compared to Full Color?

Yes — like every Colour Outline shade, Purple's accent sits only at the block's rim, keeping the overall visual weight considerably lighter than a Full Color Purple block would carry across the same wall area, while still delivering a distinctive colour note. Because Purple is a less commonly stocked colour across the broader décor glass market generally, confirming current lead time with T21 before committing to a firm installation date is sensible practice, particularly for a larger order requiring guaranteed colour consistency across every box. Confirm specific shade matching needs with T21 directly before a large multi-block order.
