Nishilia Tapered Brass Cabinet Handle Collection

T21 Product Code: B-0069

The Nishilia Tapered Brass Cabinet Handle Collection turns its solid brass bar into a series of subtle width changes along its length, rather than the uniform cylindrical profile used on the Euro Bar or Naveena collections, brushed to a soft gold finish, across three sizes from 131mm to 232mm.

The bar's profile narrows and widens gently at points along its length, closer in character to a turned wood spindle than a straight metal cylinder — a detail that gives the handle a more traditional, hand-turned appearance despite being cast in solid brass rather than shaped on a lathe.

This turned, tapered detailing sets it apart from every other bar handle in the Brass Essence collection, all of which use either a fully plain cylinder or a curve, but not this specific rhythmic narrowing-and-widening along the bar's length — a genuinely distinct silhouette within the range's straight-handle options.

Three sizes span from a standard drawer-width handle at 131mm up to a wider 232mm option for cabinet doors, both sharing the same turned profile and brushed gold finish, so the distinctive shape carries consistently whether fitted to a drawer or a door.

Solid brass gives the handle enough structural strength to hold its varying width profile without any weak points at the narrower sections, and the brushed finish keeps the changing surface contours from showing fingerprints as readily as a polished gloss would.

What does the "tapered" profile on this handle actually look like?

The bar's width subtly narrows and widens at points along its length, giving a turned, spindle-like appearance rather than the uniform straight cylinder used on the range's plainer bar handles.

Is this handle as strong as a plain uniform cylindrical bar?

Yes, solid brass gives the varying-width profile the same structural rigidity as a plain cylinder, with no weak points at the narrower sections under normal grip pressure.

How does this design compare to the Naveena collection's tapered posts?

The Naveena collection tapers only at its mounting posts while the bar itself stays a plain cylinder, whereas this Nishilia handle's turning runs along the full bar length — a more pronounced and continuous detail throughout the handle's grip surface.
