Patch lock fittings, glass clamps, glass door hinges, spider fittings, glass channel systems, and structural glass hardware for frameless glass doors, glass partitions, glass balustrades, and glass facade systems in Indian residential and commercial interiors — T21's glass fittings collection covers the structural and locking hardware that holds, hinges, and secures toughened glass panels without a frame. All fittings in this collection are specified for use with toughened safety glass only. GST invoice available. Delivered all over India, dispatched from Bengaluru.
Glass fittings divide into two categories based on function. Structural fittings — clamps, spiders, channels, and hinges — hold the glass panel in position and carry its weight. Hardware fittings — patch locks, handles, and closers — provide access control and closing mechanisms. Both must be specified for the correct glass thickness, and structural fittings must be load-rated for the panel weight and dimensions they support.
What is a patch lock fitting for a glass door? A patch lock is a fitting that mounts to the bottom of a frameless toughened glass door through a pre-drilled hole, housing the lock mechanism. When the door closes, the patch lock bolt engages a strike on the floor or frame. Patch locks are the standard locking mechanism for frameless all-glass doors in modern Indian commercial and residential interiors.
What glass thickness do standard glass fittings support? Most standard glass clamps, patch fittings, and glass door hinges are rated for 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm toughened glass. Always confirm the rated glass thickness before ordering — a fitting specified for 10mm glass will not grip 12mm glass correctly and creates a safety risk at the fixing point.
